Child Run Down and Badly HurtCharles Rochell, 2 years old, of 1323 North Howard Street, is in a dying condition in St. Mary's Hospital as a result of having been run down by a wagon near his home yesterday. He sustained serious internal injuries. John McCarron, of 1928 Hancock street, the driver of the wagon, was held by the police of the Tenth and Master streets station.
